The Youth Apprenticeship pilot program sponsored by PMC/SMACCA is underway. TOTAL Mechanical is invested in this program for the long term gain of these high school students. Gavin was a great addition to the team and became educated in the trades with hands on work. TOTAL Mechanical is excited for the growth and future of this program.
