The following is a summary furnished and installed Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Control System for the School:

• (11) Air Handling Units
• (145) Vav boxes
• Hot water System including (2) Boilers and Pumps
• Chilled Water System including  a new Air Cooled Chiller and Pumps

Project summary:

The Edison Middle School Renovation Project timeline was June 15th through August 31st to complete all of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls work. The contract was provided in January but the building’s working hours were limited to only weekends or second shift prior to June 15th. In the meantime, the team designed the controls system, built the control panels and had all of the wire j hooks in place ready to go by the install date of June 15th. The designer, project manager and installers worked simultaneously to get the controls finished for (4) air handlers and (80) vav boxes in three weeks so that it could be turned over to the balancers. This project challenged the team but the experience this team has allows them the ability to overcome jobs on tight timelines.

Location: Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

The following is a summary furnished and installed Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Control System for the (4) City of Wauwatosa Buildings to include:

• Controls infrastructure, Boiler controls and controls for a Roof Top Unit in the City of Wauwatosa DPW Facility
• Controls infrastructure, Boiler controls, and controls for an Air Handling Unit the City of Wauwatosa Police Department
• Controls infrastructure, controls for a Make-Up Air Unit and a Roof Top Unit for The Hart Park Administration Building
• Controls infrastructure, Boiler controls, and Roof Top Unit controls for the Hart Park Muellner Building

Project summary:

The Wauwatosa City Hall has an existing Andover Control system in their building. TOTAL Mechanical added the new Schneider Electric EcoStruxure controls infrastructure for (4) other building in the city to include; the DPW Building, Police Department, Hart Park Administration Building, and the Hart Park Muellner Building. The infrastructure is now in place so that in the future more controls can be added to each of the buildings as needed to expand the control system. The addition allows City Hall’s current controls system the ability to migrate into this efficient control system.
