Project summary:
Marquette University Residence Hall & Dining Facility consists of two towers. The Eckstein Tower houses 400 students on 11 floors; the Wells Street Hall houses 465 students on 8 floors. The project also includes a 24-hour dining facility, lounges, and smart classrooms. The facility opens in fall of 2018.
As a design-build contractor, TOTAL Mechanical designed the code compliant systems and coordinated with all trades to ensure the construction process was efficient and cost-effective to the Owner.
