Project summary: The lower level, 1st floor, 2nd floor tiled areas and all 5 garage stalls will be heated with in-floor radiant hydronic heat. The 2 air handling units complete with 8 VAV boxes provide cooling for the entire house. Heat for the second floor will come from the hot water coils in the VAV system. The indoor pool will be heated by a heat exchanger, in-floor hydronic radiant heat and a hot water coil inside the Desert Aire dehumidification unit. The wine tasting room will be controlled by a Koolspace 300 wine cooling system. A snow-melt system will be serving the homes Portico and front entry. The residence will also have copper gutters and flashings along with a large architectural copper roof facing the lake.

Project summary: This entire project will be heated by an in-floor radiant hydronic system. A 20 ton air handling unit with 17 variable air volume boxes will provide cooling for the residence. The ventilation will be provided by an air to air heat recovery unit. The patio will be heated by an in-floor system in conjunction with an infra-red system. The garages will be heated with an in-floor system along with a Modine gas fired unit heater.
