Our new coil line systems can produce duct to any size in 72” nominal lengths in 18, 20, 22, and 24 gage galvanized steel. This duct can also be lined with fiberglass insulation automatically on this machine. We can produce your straight duct at rates of 300 pounds per hour.
The coil line supplied by a 20’ long x 72” wide plasma burn table, can produce larger fittings with fewer seams. This speeds production and makes installation easier. TOTAL has the programs to cut any standard sheet metal fitting. We use 72” wide coils in 18, 20, 22, and 24 gage galvanized steel. This machine also allows us to cut blanks for round duct up to 75” diameter with only one seam.
Speaking of round duct, we can produce spiral duct from 4” to 60” diameter in standard SMACNA gages, 20, 22, 24, and 26 gage galvanized steel. We also have odd diameters from 5” through 15”. The length can be whatever you need. Our machine feeds right out the loading dock, onto your truck.
TOTAL Mechanical's industrial metals and pipe welding shops can take care of the remainder of your mechanical fabrication needs. Our pipe cutting machine can cut laterals and fish mouths into any pipe, saving an expensive Tee fitting and two welds. This machine also cuts and bevels the straight pipe accelerating welding preparations. We can complete any type of pipe fabrication to make your installation quick and easy, just bolt them up.
We have also fabricated complete pump and boiler skids for high rise buildings. These skids are complete, with only connections to the mains installed on site. They are easily lifted in place with the use of a crane. Our structural engineers can design the skid platform to hold and lift whatever you need.
Our certified pipe welders can fabricate any pipe assembly you can draw. We can weld and fabricate from carbon steel to any of the stainless steels and aluminum.
In the Industrial metals shop, we can shear and bend up to ¼” mild steel, we can roll up to 7 gage mild steel, and we can cut up to 1” mild steel on our computer controlled plasma burn table.
Whether it is carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, or aluminum, from 26 gage to 1” plate, and any type of pipe, we can complete your fabrication needs quickly and cost effectively.
