Construction is not achieved without planning, teamwork and consistent attention to detail. Likewise, the welfare and safety of our skilled craftsmen starts long before work begins on a project. TOTAL Mechanical insists on strict adherence to its comprehensive safety program.  Employees new to TOTAL attend a 3 -hour safety orientation before stepping a single foot onto a TOTAL job site. 

TOTAL employees are not merely “offered” safety training.  Two full time safety directors ensure that all employees are trained on the safety procedures and protective equipment needed to keep them safe on the job.  Safety protocols are administered by the Company’s Safety Review Board, a team consisting of union and non-union, office and field personnel.
